Working time: 4 hours a day / 28 hours a week or below
Training period
Main duties during training period: Serving basics, Café cleaning, Antibacterial procedures, Flyer distribution, Cleaning the tables after customers.

Training period is 120 hours, after completing successfully the training course and pass a test trainee becomes First staff
Salary: 22,000vnd/h
Using posters learning service culture
First staff
Arigatou café cleaning, antibacterial procedures, cleaning tables, flyers distribution.
Serving customers in Vietnamese, Posters contest learning, Training period 240 hours
After successfully completion of the course and pass a test, first staff becomes second staff
Salary: 25,000vnd/h
Using posters learning basic service words and actions.
Café is a stage, you are an actor/actress.
Second staff
Duties: Beside the duties of First staff, second staff duties include education of newcomers.
After completing 720 hours of the course and pass a test, second staff becomes Chief
Salary: 27,000vnd/h
Learning staff education, starting Basic 1.
Chief
Beside the duties of Second staff, Chief’s duties include café marketing and products development, customer analysis, and cash management.
After completing 2000 hours course and pass a test, Chief becomes Captain
Salary: 30,000vnd/h
Learning staff education, starting Basic 2.
Captain
Duties: This position requires to acquire all necessary knowledge for opening restaurant business.
Performing duties as a café manager
Salary: 60,000vnd/h
